Welcome to the Steinbach & Area Garden Club website!

Have a look around the site to get to know the various projects our club is involved in. If you are able, please join us at one of our meetings.

Our meetings are usually held on the second Monday of each month. We meet at 7:00 pm at the Mennonite Heritage Village in Steinbach unless special arrangements have been made at another location.

We keep you up to date on events using our website, the Carillon Community News Column, local radio station CHSM AM1250, and phone calls and e-mails to our members.

SAGC Mission Statement

We promote interest in horticulture and act as a source of information for club members and the general public, through educational presentations and gardening related activities.

Mosquito Fogging Objections

Although those pesky insects have not made an appearance yet, it's still a good idea to register your objection to mosquito fogging with the City of Steinbach. See www.steinbach.ca for more information on mosquito control and what you can do.
