February 13 Growing Microgreens Indoors- Nutritious baby greens for fresh, flavourful winter salads.  David Hanson, Sage Garden Herbs, Wpg.
March 13 Pollinators in the Garden-More Than Honeybees!- Learn who’s really pollinating your flowers.  Sarah Semmler, entomologist, Living Prairie Museum.

Workshop-Make Room For Mushrooms – 6-7 pm (prior to club meeting) Tom Nagy will be sharing tips on growing edible & soil nourishing mushrooms in your own backyard.

Sat. March 25 Workshop-Vegetable Gardening -10 am Learn the basics of growing your own vegetables, seeding, developing a plan, all season care.  Beginners especially welcome.
April 10 Gardening in the Shade – Understanding shade to help you create a tranquil sanctuary.  Erna Wiebe, Oakridge Greenhouse and Garden Centre.

April 24 A Gardener’s Dessert Evening –Wake up spring with a very special event for gardeners and their friends with desserts, prizes & a fascinating speaker, Dr. Linda Chalker-Scott, Associate Professor of Horticulture & author, Washington State University:
